Clock Tower Tails is a family owned and operated dog groomers. We take great pride in the skill of our groomers, whose attention to detail, skill and care means that your dog will be at ease and well looked after. Our excellent care and service and the high quality results they produce, has resulted in a myriad of positive recommendations.

Our Salon
Our purpose-built salon is safe & secure with CCTV, electric gates and 2 doors, for safety and peace of mind knowing your pet is in safe hands, The Salon is air-conditioned and has been built to a high standard keeping your pets cool and comfortable in the summer months and warm and cosy in the winter.
The space has been designed to make your pet feel relaxed and comfortable with luxury pet beds and the ability to free roam and explore when not on the table. We have an area set aside to get the best ‘after groom’ photos of your pet, a separate bathing area and high-quality professional grooming equipment.
- We don’t use crates or cages, we spend time with your pet bathing, grooming and playing and looking after your pet whilst waiting to be collected (treats and lots of cuddles too!)
- In our salon we get nervous pets, we always provide a relaxing, caring atmosphere with the kindest approach to making your valued member of the family feel calm and cared for.
- We have adopted the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness, in between each groom our salon is sterilised and all tools and surfaces cleaned.
- We are fully insured, and welcome all sizes and breeds and offer a range of services.

FAQ
Do you groom cats?
Yes.
Will my dog be put in a cage?
No, we don’t use crates or cages, we like to have all our attention on your pet at all times.
Rescheduling appointments?
You may reschedule your appointment, please give plenty of notice and rebook in advance.
How long will the full groom take?
Please allow approx 2 hours for a full groom and approx. 1 hour for a wash and dry.
Can I choose any grooming style for my pet?
Yes we will always groom your pet to your request.
Matted pets?
Please remember that matted fur can take time to de-Matt. This is a long process, please allow extra time for this. Brushing and combing regularly helps!
Can I bring treats for my pets?
Yes, I do have natural treats, you're very welcome to bring your own.
How do I pay?
It’s your choice, I accept cash, or bank transfer at the moment.
